This page outlines the framework of our membership, ensuring transparency, fairness, and the continued growth of our gaming club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a member in good standing, you are entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Democratic Participation:<\/strong> You have full voting rights in the General Assembly, with each member entitled to one (1) vote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership Opportunities:<\/strong> If you are not a minor, you may run for any elected office or apply for appointed leadership positions within the association. Minors <strong>cannot<\/strong> be elected to the Board of Directors (<em>Junta Directiva<\/em>), as holding legal office typically requires full capacity to act, which minors do not possess.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Access:<\/strong> Enjoy complete access to all club activities, events, tournaments, and the use of our extensive game library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competitive Play:<\/strong> Receive priority registration and meet the necessary requirements to participate in all internal classifications, leagues, and championships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Member Benefits:<\/strong> Gain the opportunity to qualify for exclusive member discounts on tournaments and special events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the association remains viable and fair for everyone, we require the following from our members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Financial Standing:<\/strong> In order to exercise the right to vote or participate in any association programs (leagues, tournaments, etc.), you must be up to date with your membership fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Good Standing:<\/strong> Only members in good standing &#8211; those who uphold our <a href=\"https:\/\/test.tablero.org\/es\/code-of-conduct\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"208\">C\u00f3digo de Conducta<\/a> and maintain good financial standing &#8211; are eligible to stand for election or hold leadership positions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sportsmanship &amp; Inclusion:<\/strong> Maintain a welcoming environment. Treat all members with respect, regardless of experience level, and avoid toxic behavior during gameplay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respect for Resources:<\/strong> Keep our gaming areas clean, return borrowed games to their proper place, and use association property with care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Spirit of Volunteering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our association relies entirely on the energy and dedication of its members. We encourage all members to contribute to the health and success of the club through volunteering. Whether it is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event Support:<\/strong> Helping to set up or tear down tournaments and special events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administration:<\/strong> Assisting in the management of our library, helping with communication, or supporting the organization of leagues via tools like <strong>Tournamatch<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Building:<\/strong> Acting as a mentor to new players or taking on a small task to keep our association running smoothly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By volunteering, you not only help the association grow, but you also deepen your connection to the community. While we do not mandate a set number of volunteer hours, the active participation of our members is what makes our events possible and our club a vibrant place to play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Note on Governance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reporting Concerns:<\/strong> If you witness behavior that violates our Code of Conduct, please report it to the Board of Directors. All reports will be handled with discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Living Document:<\/strong> This Charter is supported by our formal statutes.
